Bee-loved reader,

While I was taking a walk, early in the morning, I saw a bee having water, and then it disappeared.

When I was done with my walk, I came downstairs and did a rough drawing of a bee which looked adorable and then I gave it a book to read. I'm going to homeschool it.

In the afternoon, I saw the bee again. It must have been parched. It flew, momentarily, in front of me, which I liked, and then went back to play with its friends, since today's Sunday. It could have been a different bee but I'd like to believe it was the same one.

I had to redraw the bee multiple times because I kept messing it up even though I'd drawn it perfectly, in one attempt, when I did the rough sketch. I realized that I wasn't overthinking that time so I tried again, confidently this time, channeling the same rough sketch energy, and got it done, and then really enjoyed colouring it.

During my evening walk—yes, I'm very fond of walking—I saw the bee, having water, again. I saw a grasshopper, too, if I identified it correctly. It seemed lost in thought. Now be a sweetheart, and put out some water.

Thank you for reading.
