Hello, beloved reader.

I was home alone the other evening, and after I was done with all my work, I decided to read a little. I read a short story, and then I felt like reading another, so I started reading 'The Hanging Stranger' by Philip K. Dick, and I must admit that I was scared. It is frightening, especially if you read it when it's dark and you're all alone.

After that I didn't read anything. I tried to sleep but I couldn't, so I just waited for my family to come back home safely. A few days later, I read it again so I could understand it better.

It really makes you wonder how scared and lonely you'd feel if you were put in that situation. What do you do when they've got everyone under their control? What do you do when the enemy comes at you looking like someone you love?

Thank you for reading.
